View the framework: PDF | Word The State Policy Framework, developed by Chris Dede of the Harvard Graduate School of Education for the CCSSO Technology Conference, presents a way to categorize and chart the evolution of state policies that support the use of technology to improve student learning. The chart is intended primarily as a means of self-assessment for state policy makers. The framework is currently in draft form. An updated version of the draft framework was posted at the beginning of December, 2001. Chris Dede is working on further revisions at this time.
