Welcome to the National Forum on State Technology Policies and Programs. Designed for those responsible for state-level technology policies and programs, this forum will enable you to learn about policies and programs in other states.

The first forum topic is a Draft Framework for State Policies developed by Chris Dede for the CCSSO Technology Conference. Please review the draft framework. An updated version of the draft framework was posted at the beginning of December, 2001.

The Resources section contains state contact information and summaries of current state initiatives. We invite you to suggest topics for future discussions along with resources that would inform state policies and programs.
