grade span groupings.
- Staff and Operating Budget
- The District is one of the largest employers
in the State of Washington.
- The operating budget is comprised of
local baseline and grant special purpose funds.
- Education Program and Student Achievement
- There is marked disproportionality
(gaps) in student achievement.
- Each school has a "School Transformation
Plan".
- The District is currently developing a five-year
Academic Plan.
- The District offers multiple strategies designed
to improve student performance.
